I’m not into the traditional “tiny cabin” look — I want something sleek and modern for our backyard guesthouse. Think clean lines, lots of windows, maybe a flat roof. Has anyone seen builders in SW Florida who offer more contemporary ADU designs?

Totally get it — we wanted the same aesthetic. Most of the ADU companies I found were very rustic until I discovered https://goshentinyhomes.com/ Their designs are super clean and modern — we went with one that had floor-to-ceiling windows and a minimalist kitchen layout. They even let us modify the exterior with stucco and a low-slope roof. The finished unit fits perfectly with our mid-century home. They also worked fast and kept communication clear. Are you going for a detached studio or something with a full bedroom and kitchen?
