I’ve been seeing the name “Liven” pop up here and there lately, and it’s starting to make me curious. A friend mentioned it’s some kind of personal growth tool, but they didn’t really explain how it actually works. I’m at a point where I want to build better daily habits without feeling overwhelmed by complicated apps. Has anyone here actually used it and can explain in plain language what it does and how it fits into a daily routine?

Yeah, I’ve tried it out for a while, so I can give you a quick idea. Basically, Liven app is designed to help build small, sustainable habits — it focuses on daily check-ins and setting personal goals in a pretty simple interface. What I liked most was how it didn’t pressure me to do a million things at once. It’s more like a quiet nudge to stay consistent. I started with just one goal a day, and it actually stuck.
